Publications and research projects:

My primary research interests are analytical models applied to the field of accounting with an emphasis on corporate governance, capital markets, financial reporting, auditing, accounting conservatism, and debt contracting. I focus on strategic interactions and information communication between managers, shareholders and the board of directors, and how this accounting information is subsequently used in the decision-making process of firms and investors.

BAM:

Our latest project “Bridging Accounting Research Methodologies (BAM)” aims to create a long-lasting exchange platform for early career researchers in accounting.

The project is supported by RMU (RHEIN-MAIN-UNIVERSITÄTEN).
